Kathy Ghavimi - President and Chief Executive Officer

Kathy Ghavimi is the President and CEO of OmniSolve and has been responsible for setting the vision and direction of the company. Mrs. Ghavimi has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology; and has held various management positions at Freddie Mac, VeriSign and Network Solutions. Mrs. Ghavimi graduated Suma Cum Laude; and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the District of Columbia.

 

Behzad Ghavimi - Chief Operating Officer

Behzad Ghavimi has served in a leadership capacity at OmniSolve since June 2001. Mr. Ghavimi began his career in academia as a professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering prior to moving to the commercial sector. Mr. Ghavimi has worked with several start-up firms and has been responsible for implementation and integration of complex mission critical applications. He has extensive experience in Telecommunications; and has performed research in the fields of embedded software, signal processing, robotics, artificial intelligence and cardiovascular physiology at NASA, Georgetown University and automotive firms. Dr. Ghavimi holds a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

 

Polus Betmorada - Chief Technology Officer

Polus Betmorada has served in a technical capacity at OmniSolve since 2002. Mr. Betmorada has worked in commercial satellite, mobile-fixed cellular and telephony telecommunication industry as well as in General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Public Buildings Service (PBS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) Law Enforcement Information Sharing Services (LESIS). Mr. Betmorada has led and implemented information technology services and capabilities in the areas of Telecommunication Network Management, Knowledge Management, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development and Integration, and Biometrics.  Mr. Betmorada has Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University.

 

Marlene Cephas - Executive VP, Service Delivery

Marlene M. Cephas has been an Executive Vice President of the firm since April 2017 and is responsible for managing the Service Deliver Division and Community Outreach efforts. Ms. Cephas has over twenty-five years of Information Technology (IT) experience. Her management and hands-on technical experience span the full software systems engineering lifecycle as well as extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Miami.

 

Carolyn Adelsten - Executive VP, Operation

Carolyn serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at OmniSolve since 2017. In this capacity, she is responsible for Human Resources and Contracting and also supports our Business Development initiatives. Ms. Adelsten started her career in Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting and has held technical and managerial positions at several fortune 100 companies and Telecommunications start-ups.  Ms. Adelsten brings an extensive background in information technology, program management, business process re-engineering, and change management.  Ms. Adelsten holds a B.A. in Mathematics with concentration in Computer Science from Bucknell University.

 

Neema Ghavimi - Vice President of Growth

Neema Ghavimi is responsible for expanding OmniSolve's client footprint as well as service offerings. He joined OmniSolve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives in early-2021. In this role, Neema is responsible for performing financial, competitive performance, and market analyses to develop well-rounded growth and market expansion strategies to be considered by the Executive Leadership team. Once aligned with senior leadership, Neema works to implement these creative solutions to enhance the overall success of the organization. Neema brings his strategy consulting experience from prior roles at both boutique and global professional services firms. During his tenure in consulting, Neema has focused on growth strategy (e.g., customer & growth strategy, commercial due diligence, market opportunity assessment, voice of customer research) and operational / organization strategy (e.g., operating model re-design, enterprise organization transformation, culture evolution and effectiveness). His experience spans across a variety of industries / clients within financial services, private equity, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications, technology / fintech, and aerospace / defense. Neema graduated Suma Cum Laudee from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Economics and minor in Mathematics.
