Carolyn serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at OmniSolve since 2017. In this capacity, she is responsible for Contracting and also supports our Business Development initiatives. Ms. Adelsten started her career in Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting and has held technical and managerial positions at several fortune 100 companies. She also worked in leadership positions at various Telecommunications start-ups. Ms. Adelsten brings an extensive background in information technology, program management, business process re-engineering, and change management. Ms. Adelsten holds a B.A. in Mathematics with concentration in Computer Science from Bucknell University.

She brings an extensive expertise in program and project management, business process improvement, change management, quality management, and systems integration. She is highly skilled at aligning and leveraging cost-effective technology solutions to drive superior business results. She has received over 10 client service awards for her exemplary performance in working with our clients. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics with concentration in Computer Science from Bucknell University.
