Polus has served as the Chief Technology Officer at OmniSolve since 2022. Mr. Betmorada started his career in commercial satellite, mobile-fixed cellular and telephony telecommunication industry and has held technical and project management positions at General Services Administration (GSA) / Public Buildings Service (PBS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) Law Enforcement Information Sharing Services (LESIS).

Mr. Betmorada has led and implemented information technology services and capabilities in the areas of Telecommunication Network Management, Knowledge Management, Enterprise / Solution Architecture, Application Development / Integration Integration, and Biometrics.

Mr. Betmorada has Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computers from George Washington University.
