Marlene M. Cephas is the Executive Vice-President of Service Delivery at OmniSolve Inc. In this pivotal role, she is responsible for driving service excellence and optimizing processes across the organization. Her leadership extends to various strategic committees, where she actively contributes as Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee and as a member of the Management Committee, Enterprise Security Committee, Quality Management Committee, and Business Performance and Benchmarking Committee. Additionally, Marlene oversees OmniSolve’s Community Outreach efforts, demonstrating her commitment to broader organizational impact.

Marlene brings over twenty-five years of invaluable Information Technology (IT) experience to her current position. Her expertise encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the software systems engineering lifecycle, with a strong foundation in both management and hands-on technical skills. She possesses deep experience in Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies, enabling her to effectively lead and implement efficient delivery strategies. Prior to her current role, Marlene served as Senior Principal Consultant within OmniSolve. Her career trajectory also includes a significant period in the telecom industry, where she held the position of Head of Operations and Software Engineering.

Marlene's career with OmniSolve began in 2006 when she joined as a consultant in the Service Delivery Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami. Throughout her career, Marlene has consistently demonstrated a proven record in enhancing client satisfaction and providing strategic leadership, making her an integral part of OmniSolve's success.
